Her transformative contributions in West Africa, Latin America, and Haiti demonstrates her deep understanding of global challenges and solutions tailored to local contexts.<\/p>\n<p>Her career highlights include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Recognized expertise in sustainable agriculture and agroforestry, participatory approaches, knowledge appropriation and adoption of innovative practices, project management, organizational development, and change management;<\/li>\n<li>Groundbreaking initiatives to enhance sustainable and inclusive agricultural and food systems in over 20 countries across three continents;<\/li>\n<li>A demonstrated ability to mobilize multicultural teams around ambitious goals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&#8220;I am truly honored to join the Sant\u00e9 Monde team at this pivotal moment in its history. She will officially assume her role on April 28, 2025, supported by a well-structured transition period designed to ensure operational continuity.<\/p>\n<p>Genevi\u00e8ve Larouche, Chair of the Board of Directors, highlights Daniel&#8217;s contribution:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;From the moment Daniel joined us, he played a key role in finalizing our 2024-2028 strategic plan alongside the management team.
